What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Reach out via WhatsApp or the contact form to start a return.
Can I exchange a piece for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges are available within the same 14-day window, subject to availability of the new item.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Local returns can be dropped off in person at no cost. For shipped returns, the customer covers return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
